Abyssinian smiles ~
street kids of Addis Ababa
Rather than tell you about these kids, I'm going to let the photographs introduce you to some amazing little characters, each unique, each one (except for an uncertain little girl with enormous brown eyes) only too willing to spend a few moments with me and pose for the camera.
Without words, their portraits tell a lot about Addis Ababa. Their stories are in their eyes, their smiles, their circumstances, and the state of their clothes.

"Are you still taking pictures of me?!"
